This large fireplace was removed to allow for a new efficient option more in keeping with the property.

The multi coloured stone was dismantled and a new hearth was constructed from concrete. The breast was re-plastered and a new hearth covering was laid in the form of Bradstone tiles with matching edgings.

A new beam was installed and stained and the wood burning stove was positioned to the side of the aperture to allow for log storage on the other side.
